REVISIONS & PAYMENTS

• 100% refunds are only allowed if the artist has not started on your piece.

• If the artist has already started, refunds are automatically rejected.

• The artist accepts upfront payment, or at least 50% of the payment, in the initial communication.

• Please provide detailed instructions when asking for a revision. Up to two major revisions only and up to four for minor revisions. If the amount of revision number exceeds, additional payment is required.

CONDITIONS

• Please do not feed your commissioned piece to any AI Generators.

• The artist reserves the right to post WIPs and post the speedpaint/rendered piece unless stated by the client to keep it private.

• The final piece will only be given to the commissioner once it is fully paid.

• Please inform the artist if you will use the commissioned work for marketing purposes. The commissioner and the artist must discuss the payment via DM.
